Zucchini Paratha Recipe

Zucchini summer squash is a fruit that belongs to cucumber family. Zucchini is available in a meter long length and rounds as well. This vegetable has lot of minerals, vitamins and iron also. It is not only healthy but yummy also.

This recipe came to my mind when my toddler stopped liking zucchini. How to feed these picky eaters more and more vegetables like this when they just hate eating vegetables. Like me many mothers are struggling to feed their kids. I tried this recipe and came out as delicious paratha. So decided to share with you all.

In many countries Zucchini is not available. It can be replaced with similar vegetable, Like in Indian Turai is from the same vegetable family.
