Aloo Salad And Veggie Sandwich Lunch Box
Ingredients For Sandwich
- Bread Slices - 2
- Mint Chutney - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Cucumber slices - 4
- Shredded Carrot - 1 small
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper Powder - A pinch
Directions
- Cut the sides of bread slices.
- Spread butter on slices evenly.
- Now spread mint chutney on both the slices.
- Place cucumber and shredded carrots on one slice and sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
- Cover with the other slice and cut in four equal parts.
Aloo Salad (Potato Yogurt Salad)
- Potato (Aloo) - 1 Boiled and cut into cubes
- Yogurt (Dahi) - 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - A pinch
- Salt To taste
- Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Directions
- First place boiled and cut potato cubes into a bowl.
- Add yogurt, salt, black pepper powder and cumin powder.
- Mix everything.
- Serve.
