Chana Urad Dal | Langar Wali Dal | Curried Black And Yellow Split Lentils

Chana Urad Dal | Langar Wali Dal | Curried Black And Yellow Split Lentils

Mah Chole Dal / Chana Urad Dal by whatever name you call this dal recipe. It tastes super delicious and yummy. Back In India we used to go in temple, there we used to have this dal as Langar (Parshad). That's why this is also known as Langar Wali Dal...

This is one of my family's favorite dal. I make it more often. This dal goes well with rice and roti. But i personally like with rice.

It's texture is super creamy and thick but This has tendency to get more thick when cooled so you can add more water and boil it again for next use.
