Tips To Make Perfect Donuts

1. Use a good quality yeast, i used instant yeast so no need to rise it up separately but if you are taking active dry then rise it in milk.

2. dough rising time can vary due to so many factors like kitchen temperature or the yeast used in recipe, time given to rise the dough. Let the dough rise till you see the quantity gets doubled or tripled.

3. When frying the donuts do not fry in hot oil the heat should be low to medium.
test by adding a little peice of dough if it comes up quickly the oil is too hot and if it stays down and don't start bubbling it is too cold. Ideal temperature is 350f (180 degree c).
